Ramblings

I started back at college this week after a long summer off and the early mornings have definitely taken their toll, I'm completely knackered. I do 'Jewellery and Applied Arts' at Manchester College, and I have started a new blog as part of my current project, so if you're interested, you can take a look at it here.

My skin has gone super crazy with eczema at the moment, I went to the doctors last week because my hands had reacted badly to something and she gave me about 5 different creams, which I have been applying morning and night but for some reason, the rest of my skin has got worse. I've had eczema on and off for as long as I can remember and I don't know what it is that sets it off, I don't know if I might be allergic to one of the creams, or if I’ve eaten something I shouldn't have, or if it's just the fact that I’m tired and the weather is getting colder. Anywayyy I have an appointment with a specialist so I’m really hoping they can tell me what to avoid.

I really don't know why I’ve written about that, but it does have some vauge relevance to this article about how to improve your mood with food. Basically;

Stressed: chocolate
Sluggish: spinach
Cranky: apple and peanut butter
Anxious: salmon
Angry: green tea
Sad: cereal and milk
PMS: egg salad sandwich
