Diana Camera in Dublin

Yesterday I got back from 4 days in Dublin.
I took my Diana mini camera with me and here are some of the results:

My mum asked me why I use this camera, and I think this pretty much sums it up for me:

When I first started using the camera, almost all the photos came out blurry or a bit crazy. Sometime crazy is good, but with this camera you always have to bare in mind that the photos might not come out quite how you imagined they would, which is what I like about it. The above photos were the best of the bunch, some of them were a little more haphazard! These for example!:

On another note, anyone that is interested in winning some goodies from Sunday Girl Accessories, head over to the facebook page where I am running a 'design your own' competition that ends tomorrow!

  2. Wow!! What amazing photos.

My dad and I have similar conversations about my Holga... he has been an amateur photographer since the '60s, and can't understand why I'd want to use an old school, plastic camera when technology has come so far. But it really is exciting - you never know what will happen.
